Thank you for your willingness to exhibit at CCSD's event, Women In Industry Forum.
This event was created to give young women a look into the lives of female professionals in non- traditional fields.
The event will be held on Thursday 4/4/2024 at the Franciscan Event Center. 6553 S. Revere Pkwy, Centennial CO 80111.
We are expecting 175 female students from buildings across the district to attend. Our objectives for the day are as follows:
Celebrate and motivate female students
Identify barriers that might exist in pursuing a pathway in a "non-traditional" career
Provide advice and words of wisdom from a female professionals for navigating barriers in underrepresented industries and/or career pathways
Students will leave the opportunity to experience, hands on, the different industries
As an exhibitor, we ask that you incorporate a simple, hands-on activity at your table to attract the girls to learn more about your industry.
Event's program:
9:00- Doors open for exhibitors to setup. Light breakfast will be served.
9:50-10:20 - students arrival + registration
9:50-10:20- Exhibit hall
10:20-10:25- Opening remarks
10:25-11:30- Keynote speaker Shayla Rivera
11:30- 12:30- Lunch/ Exhibit hall
12:30-1:40- Breakouts/ hands on challenge
1:45- 2:00 - Closing remarks
